- Noon meal includes a selection of tasty sandwiches and a hot
and hardy meal in a bowl
- Our traditional bag lunches are available on request (for
those who want to get a full day of fishing or recreation on the river,
lake and woods trails)
- Vegetarian meals and medically restricted diets are available
upon request. Advance notice please.
- Dinner includes fresh salad, warm rolls, home made soup, main
entree, various potato and rice dishes, a variety of vegetable and
desserts, plus tea, coffee, milk and juice
- Entrees include: prime rib, roast turkey, baked ham, roast
loin of pork, baked stuffed shrimp, charbroiled sirloin, and a fish for
each day
- Home made desserts baked by Robin - the old fashioned kind
with butter, cream, nuts, fruits, and chocolate
- Our lakefront dining roomed warmed with our fireplace, looks out
across Lower Richardson Lake, where you may see sun sets, sun rising, deer
grazing, a moose strolling, fish jumping and our wildflowers and gardens
